By occasional invitation to this exhibition, I discovered this amazing gallery in Marais. The gallery is founded by Eric Brugier and Laurent Rigail back in 2001. As it is written on their official blog, the both men came from different professional branches and one common passion united them - Contemporary Art.

The given exhibition “American Street Art” that started on the 31st of January 2015 and will last until the 28th of February and is dedicated to street art. Five famous American Street Artists’ works are exhibited here : Jonone, John Matos Crash, Shepard Fairey, A-One and LA II.

My focus was Jonone, Crash and Shepard Fairey.

Jonone is one of the most wanted graffiti artists. His works are presented at main street art auctions . The quote for his works is at least tripled last five years. This is the second exhibition with Jonone in last six months that I have chance to attend. It is interesting to follow the evolution of his style and works. He started doing graffiti since 17 years old. Nevertheless, Jonone is an American artist, since many years he lives and works in Paris.
